Nickel Creek Townhomes at Nickel Creek Drive, Ramona, California.

I have lived at the Nickel Creek Townhomes since April of 2017. The houses appear to be built well and do a good job of keeping out noise. The surrounding area is not great but the homes are priced very well for San Diego and come with a great warranty.

The front staff are friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

The parking however, is terrible! I have a garage and an assigned parking space.

Nearly everyday the Kire Builders contracted workers block garages and park in assigned parking spaces. They refuse to move their vehicles and block cars in with construction materials. The residents have complained to Nickel Creek, Kire Builders, the workers, and the HOA.

This parking issue has been going on for months and has not changed. This is a relatively simple issue that could be fixed in a matter of minutes.

I hope Nickel Creek reads my review and fixes this issue so my pregnant wife no longer has to park on the busy street and walk alone to our house but I won't get my hopes up.
